Our story

Lahn means melody in Arabic: a name for something made of two parts that are only complete together.

Founders Salah Lahcini and Nina Landau met in the Marrakesh medina and what started as love at first sight grew, almost immediately, into a shared love for fabrics and artisanship.  

​

Lahn bridges two different worlds: Belgian linen, woven with a heritage of quality that dates back centuries. And Moroccan craftsmanship, a vibrant cultural heritage shaped by Berber, Arab, and Andalusian traditions over thousands of years.

From that beginning, Lahn grew into something larger than a match between two people or two countries: a belief that linen belongs in everyday life, not as a passing trend, but as a material worth living with.

 

We design fewer, better pieces — made with care, meant to be worn often, and made to last.

 

Each piece is intended to soften and improve with time, becoming more meaningful with every wear.
